Cure Time of Waterlox Tung Oil Finishes
The first 7 days are the most critical after applying our Waterlox Tung Oil Finishes, please adhere to the following practices:

1. After the last coat is applied, we advise let dry for at least 24 hours (48 hours if possible).
   
2. During the first 7 days keep room/ambient temperature above 70° F if possible. Air movement in the room helps replenish the required oxygen needed to cure the finish.
   
3. After 7 days, your new Waterlox finish should be ready for normal use.

How to Maintain Your Furniture and Woodwork
Your newly finished Waterlox furniture will last and last. No waxing is required. Damp dusting at reasonable intervals will retain the original beauty of the finish. We recommend Waterlox Original Cleaner Concentrate, formulated for surfaces finished with Waterlox Original Tung Oil products.  Do not use detergent unless you rinse it thoroughly with clean water.  Furniture finished with Waterlox is resistant to moisture, common household acids, alcoholic beverages, and boiling water.
